Spring Flowers

I adore floral statement necklaces. They are fun and feminine. This mint color is so hot right now. I’m loving how fresh it looks.

OUTFIT This necklaces looks lovely with a cream tunic and tights. I made this tunic myself, it was an easy sewing project. Some cork wedges keep it casual and comfortable. Let your floral necklace be the only color in your outfit for a little extra wow.

Ocean Blue

I am drawn to blues and greens. It is no wonder why—they are very calming colors and remind me of the ocean. A monochromatic color scheme doesn’t have to be boring. Mix in a little pattern with a scarf to keep it interesting.

Clean Lines

Class Act

Spring is just around the corner! Say good bye to those heavy coats and gloves. It’s still cool enough for boots and a light scarf though. Try mixing them with a dress during this in-between time.

OUTFIT I love my orange dresses. I own 2 different ones and love pairing them with blue—maybe because I’m an Auburn fan, or maybe cause they are complimentary colors. Tall brown boots completes the look.

5 Shades of Gray

Instead of 50 shades, I’m wearing 5 shades of gray on this overcast day. LOL. 

OUTFIT Black leggings and black rain boots with a gray sweater is cozy and warm on a gloomy day. A light gray top, dark gray boot socks, a B&W umbrella and chunky black necklace covers my 5 shades of gray.

Pink + Black

My BFF is getting married and she asked the wedding party to wear pink + black to the bridal luncheon. After an hour in my closet with everything pink I own, I came up with this outfit that was just the right mix.

OUTFIT Try a pair of shorts with tights for a new look. This pink pair looks great with a black and white striped top. Add a black blazer to balance it out and dress it up a little. I fnished the look with some shades and a cross body bag for shopping after the shower.

Snow White

A snow day in the South doesn’t happen very often, so an inch or two of snow is a big deal here. Schools and offices close while we enjoy the Winter Wonderland for a day.

OUTFIT I’m ready to play in the snow in all white. I feel like Snow White. These classic black Hunter boots keep my feet warm and dry. No wet socks today.
